What this system does and does not claim
A verified phone means someone controlled that number when the code was sent. It is not proof of legal identity.
Identity is checked by your employee against the documents presented, and the system records who checked and when.
The legal signature is ink on paper. What we guarantee is that the stored record of what was signed cannot be quietly changed afterwards.

What managers ask first
Honest answers, before you commit your office to anything.
There is no public signup. Leave your details on the request page and we call you back to set the company up — usually the same working day. Nothing is charged and no account is made until you have seen it running with your own cars.
No. It runs in the browser on the phone or computer you already have. Employees photograph vehicles with the phone camera during the inspection.
Print blank agreement forms in advance and keep them in the drawer. Complete a rental on paper, then record it in the system when the connection is back. The paper stays valid either way.
No. Once an agreement is finalized, its content is sealed with a fingerprint and stored as an unchangeable version. Every action carries the name of the employee who did it and the time it happened, and that log cannot be edited or deleted by anyone, including us.
You decide. Roles range from an employee who only handles rentals to a manager who sees the audit log and the whole fleet. Permissions are enforced on the server, so a hidden button is genuinely a blocked action.
No. Every record carries your company and the database refuses to return another company's rows. Your customers, vehicles and agreements are visible only to your own employees.
